It all started in a Barn.

Porcupine Apparel was founded in 2019 in a barn in Caledonia, Mi.

We started on a journey with hopes to create the ultimate "campfire" T-shirt for all the summer vibes. We launched with our limited edition Fourth Of July Long Sleeve, and had our classic three colors; clay, sky and quill. Our inspiration for choosing the porcupine as the mascot, was due to their unique qualities, with an emphasis on their independence. We hope that people repping the porcupine brand will feel empowered by those same values. We launched with our sticker give away and are so grateful for the many people who supported this launch.

In 2025, we are excited to make our comeback. We look forward to continue providing the ultimate summer T-shirt, while also expanding into athletic and long sleeve markets. Of course, stickers will remain foundational to who we are, and were excited to get our products into the world very soon!
